Le grand retour de SOURCE pour marquer le début 2024 et commencer l'année sur de bonnes résolutions !

Pour cette édition, on est pas peu fiers de vous présenter un artiste qui fait l'unanimité dans l'équipe : DLR, le boss du label Sofa Sound de Bristol.

DLR démarre sa carrière sur le label Dispatch Recordings en 2009, sortant son premier album "Method in Madness" en 2012 avec Octane, et son album “Dreamland” en 2016 scelle sa position de producteur influent et visionnaire. En 2017 il lance son propre label, Sofa Sound, qui a rapidement acquis une communauté loyale tout en faisant monter des artistes émergents tels que Molecular, Ill Truth et M-Zine. Ayant démocratisé le “Bristol Sound”, il est acclamé par ailleurs pour sa direction artistique et ses engagements, le label remportant le prix de “Meilleur label émergeant” aux Drum&BassArena Awards en 2020.

Le 15 novembre dernier, DLR sort enfin son nouvel album ‘Money Till I Got None’.

Pour l'occasion il effectue une tournée internationale, et on aura ainsi la chance de le voir défendre, ici à Montréal, son dernier album (ainsi que son projet The Sauce).

On aura le plaisir d’accueillir Ltr_ego pour sa première avec nous, ce DJ de Montréal habitué des soirées bass music se chargera de vous ambiancer grâce à du deep dubstep éclectiques et groovy.

Nos résidents Kuantum et Kozah seront là pour s’occuper de vous le restant de la soirée.

Au VJing, les compositions glitchées de VJ_UolloU, artiste très en vogue actuellement, qui officie sur des soirées, events artistiques et festivals Québécois, sera là pour régaler les yeux.

Comme d'habitude Audrey Alexandrescu sera là pour capturer les meilleurs moments de la soirée.

Well, we missed you!

The grand return of SOURCE to mark the start of 2024 and start the year on a high note!

For this edition, we're proud to present an artist who's unanimously acclaimed by the team: DLR, the boss of Bristol's Sofa Sound label.

DLR launched his career on Dispatch Recordings in 2009, releasing his debut album "Method in Madness" in 2012 with Octane, and his 2016 album "Dreamland" sealed his position as an influential and visionary producer. In 2017 he launched his own label, Sofa Sound, which quickly acquired a loyal community while bringing on emerging artists such as Molecular, Ill Truth and M-Zine. Having popularize "Bristol Sound", he is otherwise acclaimed for his artistic direction and commitments, with the label winning "Best Emerging Label" at the Drum&BassArena Awards in 2020.

On November 15, DLR finally released his new album 'Money Till I Got None'.

For the occasion, he is touring the world, and we'll have the chance to see him defend his latest album (as well as his project The Sauce) here in Montreal.

We'll be delighted to welcome Ltr_ego for his debut with us, this Montreal DJ and bass music regular will be on hand to get you grooving to his eclectic deep dubstep.

Our residents Kuantum and Kozah will be on hand to take care of you for the rest of the evening.

For the VJing, the glitchy compositions of VJ_UolloU, an artist currently in vogue, who officiates at parties, artistic events and festivals in Quebec, will be there to feast the eyes.

As usual, Audrey Alexandrescu will be on hand to capture the best moments of the evening.
