Whether It's in the UK hurling out 3 deck mixes, Europe or downtown Toronto city bringing the biggest vibes imaginable, Sicknote has been entertaining crowds since he started his DJ journey way back in 2009.

In a short space of time, (Chris, to his friends) has done what not many before him have accomplished, and that is to fully establish himself as a go to home crowd act in 2 cities situated in 2 different countries.

Sicknote and Drum & Bass have become synonymous with one another since joining MC Shabba’s Higher Levellabel collective in 2013 leading him to 3 years with the group before moving on in 2016 and carving a direction of his own while producing music for labels such as Bar:Rage, Slingshot Audio, Dirtbox Recordings and his own label Toxic Inc Audio.

A regular on the international circuit, More recent years has seen Sicknote tour West & East Coast USA multiple times along with every corner of the UK and Europe. While remembering to cover regular appearances in his home town of Hastings, as well as the place he deems his second home Toronto have made Chris a staple of both Cities Drum & Bass Scene for years to come.

2023 saw Sicknotes work load excel by being added to the World Of Drum & Bass USA/Canada tour performing alongside such major acts as Dj SS, Bad Company & Aries. This now leading to multiple tour dates and a spot on their roster of DJs

If all this wasn’t enough his own events promotion Sicknote and friends saw huge numbers when it returned to his home town of Hastings, UK it draw in huge numbers for his hometown of Hastings.

Oct 2023 also saw beatport charting releases from Sicknote with “Corner of my Mind” and “Back To Ya” along with the launch of Sicknotes own label “Toxic Inc Audio” which has been widely supported from the jump and has a multiple releases from top end artists signed and ready to go.
